Second, confirm your email address by clicking the link we send you. Third, complete KYC verification by uploading your government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license) and a proof-of-address document (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last three months). Fourth, set your preferred deposit method — we accept DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and Indonesian banks (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Once your identity is verified, you can deposit and begin using nuansa. Verification typically completes within one business day, though complex cases may take longer.

We at nuansa require two documents for KYC verification. First, a government-issued photo ID such as a passport, Indonesian national ID (KTP), or driver's licence. Second, proof of residential address dated within the last three months — examples include a utility bill (electricity, water, or gas), a bank statement, a government letter, or a rental agreement. Both documents must be clear, legible, and show your full name and address. We do not accept screenshots or heavily edited images. Upload both documents through your nuansa account settings under "Verification". Once submitted, our team reviews them and confirms approval or requests clarification.

Log in to your nuansa account and go to Account Settings. Under Preferences, you can update your email, mobile number, and notification settings. You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an extra security layer — when enabled, you will receive a code via SMS each time you log in from a new device. If you wish to pause activity on nuansa temporarily, contact our support team with your request. We can place a hold on your account for a specified period; your balance remains available when you return.
